We provide support for our software through the technical support web portal.
Our web portal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. You can access the support portal by clicking here. Make sure to have your version number, 8 digit PC ID, and all pertinent information for a speedy response.
We do not offer free telephone support. However, most questions are resolved on the support site quickly, and our tech support folks can remote in to your system to fix an issue very quickly. There is no charge for this service.
